| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'View Basket / Checkout' in the top corner where you can review all items & progress to the Checkout. You will then subsequently be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept a range of both credit & debit cards plus we also accept payments via Paypal. | Shipping And Handling UK Orders - FREE UK delivery on all orders over £30. Our standard charge for orders below £30 is £2.00. Europe Orders - Our standard charge for delivery of all European orders is £8.00. International Orders - Our standard charge for delivery of all other International orders is £15.00. All orders will be despatched via 1st class Royal Mail delivery, Air Mail or our selected Courier service dependant on order size, weight & value. Where possible please make sure you have specified an address where there will be someone available to sign for your package. All delivery charges will automatically be added at the checkout. |
| Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order as quick as possible! UK Orders - Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be despatched same day (excluding bank holidays). Weekend orders will be despatched following Monday. Orders despatched using 1st class Royal Mail post should be received in 1-3 days. Orders despatched via courier should arrive next working day - where possible please make sure you have specified an address where there will be someone available to sign for your package. Unfortunately Seventyseven cannot gaurantee next day delivery. If you need an order urgently please telephone us before midday to see if next day delivery can be arranged via courier. Europe Orders - Should reach you within 5-7 days. Next day delivery is unavailable outside of UK. International Orders - Delivery times will vary depending on your worldwide location. You must inform us within 14 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please email us & quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |
