//Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'View Basket' where you can review all items & progress to the Check out. You will then subsequently be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept a range of both credit & debit cards plus we also accept payments via Paypal. If you do not wish to pay online, we can take your order & card information via phone. Please call 0121 501 3773 to place a telephone order. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, please contact us by email quoting your order number & details and we will correct the mistake. |

All orders will be despatched via 1st class Royal Mail delivery, Air Mail or our selected Courier service dependant on order size, weight & value. All delivery charges will automatically be added at the checkout. UK Orders - Orders over £30.00 qualify for FREE UK delivery! //Delivery Schedule
We aim to deliver your order as quick as possible! UK Orders - Orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday will be despatched same day (excluding bank holidays). Weekend orders will be despatched following Monday. Orders despatched using 1st class Royal Mail post should be received in 1-3 days. Orders despatched via courier should arrive next working day. Unfortunately Seventyseven cannot gaurantee next day delivery. If you need an order urgently please telephone us before midday to see if next day delivery can be arranged via courier. Europe Orders - Should reach you within 5-7 days. Next day delivery is unavailable outside of UK. International Orders - Delivery times will vary depending on your worldwide location. You must inform us within 7 working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please email us & quote your order number in all correspondence. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |

//Returns Policy
All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee if you change your mind about your purchase. You are entitled to a full refund, including the cost of delivery. We are also happy to exchange any items (subject to stock). You can initiate an exchange or return by contacting us via the returns email address below and quoting the order number supplied to you plus the details of your requirements. We will then advise you of the action to take. Any refund will be paid within 30 days once the returned goods have been received by us. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so we recommend recorded delivery or taking out enough postal insurance to cover their value.
